So here we are in the middle of the covid19 lockdown here in
the UK. One of the effects of this lockdown is that more people are ending up
working from home. Now generally working from home on an ad hoc basis is
something many people are doing these days. The difference now is that you might
be doing it 5 days a week. So, it is no longer good enough to sit on the sofa
with the laptop or even sitting on the bed as some people tell me they have done
in the past. You must have a proper setup for working from home. The video below
gives you a few ideas from me on how to achieve this.
Once you have got you desk setup, we now have to look at how
you move and keep active. We are currently restricted on how much time we can
spend outside the house so why not do some quick little workouts at your desk. Below
is a suggested workout from me to try and help.
